Builders Cleaning Services

It´s Clean Ltd carries out an extensive range of Builders Cleaning Services, Sparkle Cleans and Contract Cleans for many large and medium sized construction companies. Our builders clean services can vary in size from just a few offices, a warehouse floor, or an entire production facility with cleaning projects lasting from just one day´s attendance or phased works lasting up to a year or more.

Construction sites by nature are inherently dangerous and familiarity with workings of these environments is very important. For more than 10 years our management, site supervision and operatives have worked within this environment and seen the considerable changes in the way works are now conducted within this sector, primarily in the interests of increased safety awareness. Operatives are full time and directly employed by It´s Clean Ltd.

Surveying and Costs

It´s Clean will survey the extent of any works, working with the client´s ‘Schedule of Works’ or make recommendations and provide a bespoke schedule. Based Upon this information we will then provide a fixed lump sum cost clearly indicating the extent and limitations of works with no hidden extras or inclusions. Any additional items of cleaning not identified or agreed at the time of the survey will be priced individually again on a lump sum basis.

Documentation and Procedures

Prior to commence of any works would submit, for approval, a bespoke non generic ‘Site Specific Package’ including,

• Risk Assessments
• COSHH Risk Assessment, COSHH Data sheets
• Method Statements
• Insurance certificates and safe Contractor certificates

Management and Supervision

This type of work is normally carried at the very last stages of a project when deadlines are tight and financial late penalties may be applicable to the main contractor. We understand the importance of getting it right first time. Our approach is to work with the site management, providing experienced site supervision and labour – all our operatives are full time employees, we do not use agency or casual staff. Since 1999 we have never been contra-charged by any of our clients for delays, damage caused or otherwise. Our primary objective is to secure repeat business, we will only achieve this if we complete your project safely, on time, on budget and without incident.
